It was just plain and simply corporate fraud, has happened all through history and the SEC simply lacks the resources to catch it before it blows up. I mean you can work as a forensic accountant at the SEC for $100,000 or at a big 4 Accountancy firm or Investment Bank or Hedge fund for $1m+&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
