Leave it to the Republicans to want to pave the way for more corporate fraud and misapropriation of financial reporting to fill the pockets of corporate criminals. If you’re a corporation who hate SOX, then you don’t need to be publically traded, just go private or trade on the foreign market like London Stock Exchange, then see how much taxes you’ll have to pay. Sorry but corporate criminals brought it upon themselves to have to deal with SOX, one rotten apple…you know the saying.

He almost has too many ideas. It is hard for government to move anywhere near as fast as his good ideas flow. He is a real thinker with profound understanding of economics and history. We need more of him in this country and less greedy, power hungry lawyers.

The conservatives have totally lost their way. I am conservative but not religious. I think a great many so called conservatives are sick of being lectured to by the extreme religious right. If the GOP wants to have any chance at recovering they need to stop catering to them. I am not sure why they do at all anyway, what are they going to do vote for liberal democrats?

Repeal SOX, yes; but American Solutions is failing to identify principles, which is why Obama is likely to ban offshore drilling despite AS having temporary success in Congress before the election.
Conceptually SOX is related to regulations stopping energy production and regulations that led to the financial crisis. By failing to induce from the concrete to the principle, AS is going to be running in circles and getting nothing done.

I like Gingrich …
I like Gingrich including his wife in these videos, but my one criticism is that Mrs. Gingrich needs to work on her voice. Her voice sounds too perfect, making it detached and cold. I don’t feel any sincerity in her voice, which degrades her ethos.
