Try doing a University study dude. I know money's tight, but this is Yahoo answers, not Professor Dinglebarger's double-blind statistical case study group. You get what you pay for, and besides, who do you work for - Toyland?
References :
How can both large and small businesses utilize change management concepts to meet the growing technology?
Looking for some web sites (in simple laymans terms please LOL) that explains how large and small businesses utilize change management concepts in order to meet the growing technology demands. Examples of both a small and large business making changes to meet these demands would be great as well as well as any pitfalls that could result in the implementation of such changes. I have tried reading the text and it just is not making sense to me~something in simple terms would be awesome! I am not looking for someone to do my work for me~just a bit of guidance to the right place to read some info and do my own work :-D
